The Capital City Picnic includes 5 hours of service. With this BBQ catering package, you'll get Nathan's Hot dogs, and mouth watering sausage with peppers and onions. We also provide veggie burgers on request that will make your vegetarian friends and family members happy. If you want to have a great party, the Capital City Picnic is definitely a great choice.
The Saratoga BBQ is perfect for an extended fling. You'll get 5 hours of service with this BBQ Catering Package. Your guests can feast on unlimited & grilled fresh on site Nathan's hot dogs, sausage, peppers & onions, and six ounce burgers that include all of the fixings. Appetizing Pulled Pork Sandwiches that will make your guests ask for a second helping are included too!
To start your party with a bang, The Capital City Chicken & Steak Roast provides grilled fresh food on site for 4 hours. During this time, the guests at your event can eat Nathan's hot dogs, sausage, peppers & onions, and six ounce burgers that include all of the fixings. Dinner service is 2 hours of your choice of either 10 ounce boneless chicken breasts or 14 ounce boneless new york sirloin strip steaks.
If you love chicken or steak, Angie’s Chicken or NY Strip Steak BBQ is for you. You can have either 10 ounces of boneless chicken breast, or 14 ounces of New York sirloin strip steak served to your guests. There's also the choice of either homemade BBQ sauce or Teriyaki sauce. In addition to 2 hours of serving time, the meat will be grilled fresh on site!
When you go with Gabby's Chicken & Rib Roast your guests will be served boneless chicken breasts, and BBQ pork ribs grilled fresh on site. You can have them served with our delicious homemade BBQ sauce, or teriyaki sauce. This BBQ catering Package is perfect for a host who wants their guests to be able to enjoy two great entrees.
The Capital City Picnic & Pig Roast BBQ catering package starts off with 4 hours of unlimited Nathan's hot dogs, sausage, peppers & onions, and 6 ounce burgers with all fixings, and chowder! For dinner time you'll get a pig that's roasted fresh on site. It comes with delicious Grandma's homemade applesauce, and fresh BBQ sauce. If you want to have a bash that your friends and family alike will remember, you need to go with the Capital City Picnic & Pig Roast.
You'll be able to choose from 6 different sides with our BBQ catering packages. The choices include tortellini salad, fresh veggies & dip, macaroni salad, cole slaw, potato salad, sweet potatoes in brown sugar & butter, fresh fruit salad, baked potato & capital city toppers (you can choose from two of the following: broccoli, sour cream, bacon bits, or cheddar cheese), garden tomato cumberland salad, Angie's home-style corn bread or baker fresh dinner rolls - whipped butter, tossed salad, caesar salad, corn on the cob (in season), steamed fresh veggies (from our local farmers in season), Capital City New England Clam Chowder, alfred tortellini, and Angie's Garlic smashed.
